🏠 Before Your Puppy Arrives
Prepare Your Space
Create a safe, cozy, and quiet area where your puppy can relax and adjust to their new home. Remove anything small or chewable (like shoes, wires, or plants). Have a crate or playpen ready for comfort and safety.
Puppy Supply Checklist
✅ Stainless steel food and water bowls
✅ Premium puppy food (ask us for our brand recommendation)
✅ Crate or playpen
✅ Puppy pads or outdoor potty setup
✅ Collar, harness, and leash
✅ Puppy shampoo, brush, nail clippers
✅ Blanket or comfort toy
Set Up a Vet Appointment
Schedule your first vet visit within 48–72 hours after pickup or delivery.
Bring along the vaccination and health records provided by H&C Exotic Bully Empire.
🐶 When Your Puppy Arrives
Give Them Time to Adjust
Your puppy will need a day or two to settle in. Keep things calm and quiet. Let them nap often, and avoid overstimulation.
Feeding
Keep the same food we’ve been using for at least 7–10 days before switching brands.
Feed 3–4 small meals per day.
Always provide fresh, clean water.
Potty Training
Be patient and consistent! Take your puppy out every 2 hours, after meals, and after naps.
Praise and reward them immediately after they potty in the right place.
Socialization
Introduce your puppy to new environments, people, and gentle pets slowly.
Avoid public dog parks until all vaccinations are complete.

Grooming: Brush weekly, clean ears, trim nails, and bathe when needed.
Teething: Provide safe chew toys—avoid household items.
Training: Begin simple commands early using positive reinforcement.
Health: Contact your vet immediately if you notice lethargy, vomiting, diarrhea, or appetite loss.
